Any reproduction of the site, appearance and content may be seen as an infringement of intellectual property law and is prohibited.



Product description and representation 

Each design is represented as accurately as possible through imagery and descriptions. Colours and finishes may vary in the physical product from images viewed online, through your monitor or device. Slight variations in finishes may also occur through product development, manufacture and technology improvements in production cycles over time which we cannot control. Thus, we reserve the right to amend the specifications of products, their price, packaging and any service associated at any time, without prior notice.


Return Policy

Purple Jungle offer a 14 days exchange or return policy from date of dispatch. Items can be exchanged for other pieces from the Purple Jungle products in these conditions below. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

In the event you wish to change your items, Purple Jungle must be notified in writing of the intent to exchange/return goods. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Invoice number/proof of purchase and reason/s for the exchange must be made clear. Purple Jungle will advise on stock availability at that time for exchange.



Items for exchange will only be accepted if they are unused, undamaged, unmarked, in saleable condition and in their original packaging. The original cost of shipping goods (NOT the free or flat rate shipping we offer) to you will not be reimbursed.

The cost of returning goods is the responsibly of the customer (you). Goods must be returned within 14 days of the original dispatch date. Purple Jungle is not responsible for goods returned damaged, marked, not in saleable condition and not in their original packaging. If this occurs, a full or partial refund/exchange will not be honoured. The customer must comply with Purple Jungle to facilitate the return. All communication will be via email to

Replacement goods will be dispatched once the original goods have been received by Purple Jungle. Purple Jungle is only responsible for return delivery fee should items be deemed faulty. At all other times, the cost for re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer (you). We recommend returned items be sent using a trackable service with signature on delivery, we are not responsible for items lost or damage in transit.

Items abused, not used in the intended manner, altered in any form or not cared for as per recommended care and maintenance provided with the products, are not subject to replacement or covered under each product's individual warranty.

Orders cancelled after the product(s) have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 14 day Return/Exchange policy and the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.

Faulty Items

Should you consider an item faulty or damaged on its arrival, please contact Purple Jungle immediately to discuss. Faulty items are at the discretion of Purple Jungle.

Where products have been damaged on delivery receipt, Purple Jungle requires photographic evidence of damage to be emailed to to facilitate the return process. Please note this should be as the delivery is made and within 14 days or product purchase.

Where a replacement product is not available, Purple Jungle can provide a partial or full credit note value subject to the value of product damage. Credit notes exclude delivery costs.



Purple Jungle endeavours to protect your privacy. Your information you have chosen to provide will not be used for any other purpose that you have subscribed to without your consent or disclosed to third parties. Information is requested to assist in processing sales orders and delivery to you, the customer. Personal information collected includes name, phone number, email address and shipping address in order to complete the service effectively and make this more valuable to you. We do not pass these onto third parties with exception for delivery purposes requirements.
